Embarking on the journey of therapy is a courageous act of self-love, and I applaud you for taking this meaningful step. I view therapy as a transformative classroom where we navigate everything from unhealed trauma to everyday obstacles that shape our unique life journeys. It is my honor to walk alongside my clients as they uncover their innate strengths and embark on a path toward healing and growth.
With a background as a Registered Nurse for 25 years, my passion for caring for people has been a guiding force in my career. Early on, I recognized the deep connection between physical and mental well-being. This realization has led me seamlessly into the role of a therapist, where I find immense fulfillment in assisting individuals, couples, teens, families, healthcare professionals, those grappling with chronic health conditions and caregiver fatigue. I also have experience with faith transitions, LGBTQ families, and military families.
Currently enrolled in the Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy program at Utah Tech University, my commitment to professional growth reflects my dedication to offering my clients the highest level of care.
I have been happily married to my husband for 30 years, and we have raised two sons together. In my spare time, you’ll find me enjoying Southern Utah by riding my e-bike along scenic trails or taking walks with my dogs. I believe in the holistic integration of mind, body, and spirit, and I look forward to joining you on your path to self-discovery and well-being.
