I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward meaningful healing and growth. I strive to create a space where people feel safe, seen, and deeply heard—because I believe that genuine connection is at the heart of lasting change and a fulfilling life.

My approach is grounded in an understanding of the mind-body connection, helping clients not only make sense of their experiences, but also learn how to slow down, tune in, and respond to themselves with greater awareness and care.

In addition to my clinical training at Utah Tech University, I bring a background as a certified yoga instructor and over eight years of meditation practice. These experiences inform my work by integrating mindfulness, presence, and nervous system awareness into the therapeutic process.

Having grown up in a small town in Utah surrounded by nature, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Hiking, camping, and biking continue to be ways I stay grounded—something I also encourage in the healing process, as we reconnect with both ourselves and the world around us.
