I grew up in the Salt Lake Valley, dedicating a good majority of my time to running competitively across the nation. After countless miles and exploring various jobs—from plumbing to bartending on a train in Alaska—I finally pursued my long-standing interest in becoming a therapist. These diverse experiences have provided me with a unique lens through which I view the world.
I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University, where I developed a passion for helping clients understand attachment and the violations of love and trust they've experienced. In our work together, we'll explore not only those love and trust violations in your relationships and family dynamics but also in the internal conflicts within yourself. My approach involves examining the cycles and patterns in your relationships to restore love and trust to the areas of your life and parts of you that need it most.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my wife engaging in outdoor activities like mountain biking, canyoneering, climbing, camping, and backpacking.
